LAS VEGAS - Incoming Scarlet Knight Anthony Knox took third at the 2026 US Open on Saturday in Las Vegas. Knox defeated 2023 NCAA All-American Liam Cronin by 10-3 decision to secure his bronze medal at the star-studded tournament.

The result continues a strong stretch of international success for Knox. The four-time NJSIAA State Champion was named Most Outstanding Wrestler en route to a U20 Men's Freestyle National Championship at last year's U.S. Open in Las Vegas. Knox followed with a U20 World Team Trials title at 57kg in Geneva, Ohio, securing a spot at the U20 World Championships in Sofia, Bulgaria for Team USA.
